Great service! Wanted to place an order online, but called instead due to delivery pricing. Ordering over the phone was straightforward and handled in a very efficient manner. Company representative was helpful and polite, etc. Delivery is expensive but very quick - the flooring is very heavy and very well wrapped/protected (explains the delivery cost). I haven't put the flooring in yet, but the samples were of much higher quality than anything you'd find in the DIY stores. I have another room to lay new flooring in and will definitely consider Pro-Tek first.
