I bought vinyl flooring from Pro Tek to cover the ground floor of my house.
What I liked:
-Pro Tek offers a helpful feature to send samples on request, making it easier to choose the right flooring.
-Ordering was easy, with plenty of information about the range they offer.
-They accept a reasonable amount of leftover material for return, as long as it is undamaged and unopened.
What I didn’t like:
-The company didn’t have my choice in stock. I was assured it would be available by [date X], but it wasn’t, forcing me to choose another product due to the time constraint.
-The refund process was a bit slow and required several reminders from my side.
Overall: A solid, durable product at an affordable price. I’ve had no issues with the vinyl flooring after a year of use.

We are sorry that we didnt acheive the 5* with you , in terms of the date we do try and get this as accurate to the landing date as possible for the prodcut but sometimes due to shipping delays this does become beyond our control.

Great help and customer service before and after purchase. Great product, the herringbone has been down for nearly a year now in the hall and kitchen diner. Easy to keep clean (follow product guidance for cleaning) and we have a large dog/children - so far it’s great!

Ordered some medium oak caulking and it was delivered as per the tracking information. P&p was a bit sneakily added, the caulking was about £9 and the delivery was £10! My own fault I know but the delivery charge wasn't very noticeable or I'd have chose a lower priced delivery option.

I am sorry that you arenot entirely happy with the delivery charge or the way it is displayed. With the delivery charges we only pass on the charge that the courier gives to us however i will take your advice on board and look to make this more noticeable at checkout
