Fast order processing and quick delivery.
The only downside is that although my delivery was rescheduled nobody let me know. So I only found out by phoning the delivery company myself.
I would use Pro-Tek again, we ordered 17 packs of the Syon White Herringbone and out of all of those only 1 plank in 1 pack was damaged. Quick to lay and seems high quality!

The sample I liked was Pro-tec Cameron oak. It was 8.5mm thick and seemed to be very strong. Will be ideal flooring and good lasting.

Ordered some flooring samples and a 2.5m long stair nosing piece. Flooring samples seem good quality, however one was missing and the others don’t have the product names on them so it’s difficult to work out which is which. Postage was a bit expensive at £25 but glad there's opportunity to see the product before committing.

Firstly regarding the delivery i do apologise at the price , due to the legnth of the parcels we can only use one courier service for this. The actual price we are charged for this is £29.99 plus VAT and so on each courier we send out we actually lose a small margin based on the £25 price we charge
